About Mama's Money
A Bookkeeper Who Understands Mom Life
Most financial advice comes from people who've never had to choose between soccer cleats and savings goals. I have. And I built a system that works for both.

My Story
For over 20 years, I've worked as a professional bookkeeper, helping businesses of all sizes manage their money. I've seen the inside of countless profit-and-loss statements, balanced books that seemed impossible, and developed systems that turn financial chaos into clarity.
But the financial journey I'm most proud of? That happened at my own kitchen table.
As a single mom, I raised two daughters on my own—and put them BOTH through university without drowning in debt.
There was no partner's income to fall back on. No inheritance. No safety net. Just me, my expertise, and a fierce determination to give my girls every opportunity.
I took everything I knew from managing business finances and adapted it for real family life. The spreadsheets I used for million-dollar companies? I simplified them for household budgets. The cash flow strategies that kept businesses profitable? I modified them for irregular paychecks and unexpected expenses.
It worked. My daughters graduated. Our bills got paid. We even managed to take vacations and build savings.
Now, I'm sharing these strategies with other moms who are tired of generic budgeting advice that doesn't account for the beautiful chaos of raising kids.
